We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please visit our Returns Policy page for details on how to start a return.
Certain items, such as personalized or engraved jewelry, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. All other products are eligible for return according to our standard policy.
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. Delivery times depend on the shipping option you select at checkout. Standard shipping usually arrives within 5-7 business days in the U.S.
Our jewelry is handcrafted in Brazil and manufactured with the highest quality materials with careful attention to detail and quality control.
At checkout, you may choose to add Shipping Protection to your order for a small fee. This optional service helps offset the cost of lost, damaged, or stolen packages during shipping.
If you opt out of protection, GoldFi is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are in the hands of the carrier.
